Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been processed and shipped. An authorization will be granted at the time your order is placed.

If the address and billing information of the card holder is verified we will process your order. We reserve the right to hold and delay shipment of orders being sent to an address other than the billing address of the cardholder. We also reserve the right to hold and delay shipment of an order if the billing address and phone you provide cannot be verified or do not match the information on file with the card issuing bank.
All online credit card transactions will be processed using the Authorize.net secure gateway.

Due to security issues, we can only ship to the address on file with your credit card company at the time of purchase.
We MUST have your correct BILL TO address for verification by your credit card company. This is the address where they send your monthly statement. If any of the information is incorrect, it will delay your order or if it is a real time credit card purchase can cause denial. We will contact you via email if there are any problems. Please understand that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to insure online security and is required by all credit card issuers.

If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your Billing Address, the shipping address must be added to your credit card account so it can be verified:
1) Please contact your credit card issuer at their customer service dept (phone numbers located on the back of your card or on your monthly statement).
2) Inform the credit card issuer that you would like to add an authorized alternate shipping address to your account. The information will remain on file for future orders.
If your card issuer does not accept alternate shipping addresses, we can only ship to the verified billing address.
